In my quest to purify my car of the Oil Industry and Arab Wahhabi
influence, I went to get some Biodiesel for my primary fuel tank.
Biodiesel can be substituted directly in the original standard diesel fuel system without
pre-heating. Remember that pre-heating is needed to obtain good flow from the recycled vegetable oil as
discussed in the previous page. Biodiesel eliminates any need for regular diesel.

There is only one factory in the
Virginia/Maryland area that makes Biodiesel, maybe even the only one on the
central east coast. They are located
about 20 miles east of Richmond Virginia. Here is the link for the
Biodiesel refinery.
It's about a 120 miles away from me, so when I go, I get as much as I can
carry. I grabbed my trailer headed
down. The guy who runs the place, also
named Ken, was real friendly and showed me around.
He also let me take some nice scrap containers I can use to
collect and store WVO or Biodiesel.
This is 100% Biodiesel made from virgin Soybean oil. Its all local grown in Virginia by Virginia
Soybean Farmers. This stuff burns real clean. I’m finally helping the air
quality and supporting farmers, not
Wahhabists.

With my 110 gallons of good stuff, I double check the trailer
and hit the road. As you can see from the picture, there is not a lot of city nearby -
this guy is out where the stuff gets grown.

Back at the house, the drums are unloaded and slightly
concealed behind lattice. I hook up a 120 volt pump, the hoses, and the
nozzle. OK, maybe the authentic gas
station nozzle and fuel meter wasn’t necessary, but why not go all the way?
Besides the auto-cutoff feature of the nozzle is real convenient.
